Acceptance of terms

By accessing Verigence you agree to these terms. If you are accessing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. Production access is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement that supersedes anything stated here.

Service description

Verigence provides an administrative-continuity service that organizes supported requests into staff-ready or safely halted summaries. Voice is one input channel. Any external write, production health information, or customer-system connection is governed by the applicable agreement and activation gates. The public demo uses simulated data.

Acceptable use

You will not use Verigence to harass, defraud, or impersonate others; to conduct prohibited calling campaigns (including TCPA-non-compliant outreach); or to reverse engineer or circumvent the service.

Demo scope and simulated data

The demo uses simulated customer, clinical, and financial data. Outputs from the demo are for exploration only and are not production records. We do not guarantee retention of demo session artifacts beyond the documented window.

Intellectual property

Verigence, the Verigence logo, and all product marks are the property of Verigence. Third-party marks on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.

Warranties and disclaimers

The marketing site and the demo are provided on an “as is” basis. Production warranties are defined in your agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verigence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketing site or the demo environment.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the demo or the marketing site at any time for violations of these terms. Production contracts have their own termination, transition, and deletion mechanics.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue for any dispute is Delaware.
